Tracey Carrillo Fecher
Chief Executive Officer
Tracey Carrillo Fecher has dedicated 20 years of her career to working in the non-profit space with an emphasis on developing programs for children, youth organizations, and families. Tracey joined Sonrisas Dental Health in 2019 as the Chief Executive Officer. From 2010 to 2019, Tracey was at Gatepath, a non-profit serving children and adults with special needs. As the Vice President of Programs, she oversaw the organization’s programs that served individuals from birth through retirement. Tracey has a track record of growing programs to meet a community’s needs, while managing program operations and outcomes. Before her non-profit focus, Tracey spent 10 years working for an industry leading computer company utilizing her consultative and sales experience to collaborate and find solutions to her customers’ technical needs. In her free time, Tracey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and going on hikes with her dog, Toby.

Torrey Rothstein, DDS
Dental Director
Dr. Torrey Rothstein has been an associate dentist at the Sonrisas Dental Health since 2006. As Dental Director, he oversees all aspects of patient care, the clinic’s quality assurance plan, improvements to services and programs, as well as compliance with state and local safety controls. Dr. Rothstein is in constant contact with clinic staff and volunteers regarding treatment planning, care options, and patient management. Dr. Rothstein is a graduate of the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience from the University of California San Diego. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Mateo County Dental Society. In his spare time, Dr. Torrey is an actor in local community theater in both plays and musicals and enjoys performing with his band.

Bonnie Jue, DDS
Community Engagement Director
Dr. Bonnie Jue is a second-generation dentist who graduated from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry (UOP), where she has been a faculty member for over 25 years. She currently is an Assistant Professor at both UOP and University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Schools of Dentistry, where she conducts research studies and leads examiner training and calibration sessions. In addition to her role as a clinician in private practice, Dr. Jue has worked extensively in the community. Using a service-learning model, Dr. Jue has created and developed course curriculum focused on prevention of dental disease, effective communication skills and community outreach. She collaborates with school districts and public agencies, such as the San Francisco Department of Public Health, County of San Mateo Health System, local Federally Qualified Health Centers, and other non-profit community-based clinics in the Bay Area to provide dental health services and education to underserved communities. As a community health advocate, Dr. Jue gives oral health presentations and in-service trainings to staff members and caregivers in community groups, and provides free dental examinations for low-income, predominantly bilingual Spanish-speaking and Chinese-speaking children, adults, and seniors.
